The research purpose of this project is to study the typical nuclear-grade damper of PWR nuclear power plant as the research object, and carry out the research on the seismicity vulnerability test method of equipment. The seismic margin vulnerability test of the DA3b damper is carried out to determine its HCLPF value, which provides a test basis for the seismic margin analysis technology of typical components. The purpose of the vibration test of the DA3b damper is to obtain the seismic shock fragility curve of the equipment through statistical methods based on a large number of test data. For this purpose, a certain number of test pieces are placed on the vibrating table for vibration test, and the input acceleration is gradually increased. The amplitude until the test piece fails completely or reaches the maximum acceleration level that the test bench can provide. Considering the feasibility of the test, the DA3b damper with its own small mass was selected to carry out the test to obtain the seismic margin vulnerability curve.
At present, there is a lack of a database of seismic capacity of nuclear power plant equipment under super-designed baseline earthquakes, and no standards related to equipment seismicity vulnerability test. Through this test, the test basis can be provided for the seismic margin analysis technology of typical components of nuclear power plants.
